I saw this in a magazine - either a Somerset or a Cloth Paper Scissors - and had to try it. I get a lot of great ideas out of those publications. This wrist cuff is made out of wire, three layers of scrap cloth and a little stuffing. I hand stitched everything and I think it turned out great. It is really comfortable to wear and it looks very chic.
