I ride my bike a lot and blowouts are a going to happen so why not use the old tire tube. I made this cuff out of bike tube and a detergent bottle. The clasp is two pieces of cut up detergent bottle that I carved a bit with a dremel tool. I love the dremel and am just starting to experiment with it.
