I needed more room on my bike to carry things so I took this wire office letter tray and painted it to match my bike. Then I took several lengths of scrap ribbon and sewed velcro to each end. I used these to attach the basket to my luggage rack and the rest will be used to secure anything in there while I am riding. I hope it works.
