I made this for my daughter Dana. I took an old children's board book and gessoed over the entire surface. Then I added pictures and stamps and words cut out of magazines. To finish it I rubbed gold paint on the edges and painted a layer of gel medium over all of it. It also has a pocket in the back and it ties closed with yarn. Isn't she cute?
