How fun is this? I took a heavy gage wire and wrapped it around a knitting needle to coil it then made a loop of wire for the twirler. I used smashed bottle caps and decorated them with paint and stamps and attached them to the wire loop. One end is a decorative bead and the other a wine cork. The cat twirler goes down the wire coil around and around and around.
