This would be really cool as a chair rail all the way across a wall but this is just a short version. I cut wine corks in half and glued them to an old wooden ruler. Because there were already holes in the ruler it was very easy to screw into the wall. I can use this to pin notes to and will be working on some cool tacks for a future post.
