This is art meets function! I took two picture frames without glass and put in screening. I made a hinge on the bottom with duct tape and added cut up corks on the back so when it hangs in your window it won't scratch it and the air will flow around the herbs better. It looks awesome in the window and the herbs drying smell great. I really love it!
